The Ko'olau Mountains

Final day of the trip. Nosotros'll be back domicile tomorrow. It's been so relaxing and nifty seeing Connor have so much fun in the torrid zone.

El Hub's parents used to live in this business firm correct here. I'll never forget how loud the birds are in the morning! Information technology's wonderful.

This is called Haiku Gardens in Kaneohe behind where my in-laws used to live. We used to go at that place every morning to feed the fish and turtles.

There's a huge lychee tree in the garden, and it's the superlative of the flavour right at present, only all of the fruit was gone except for some hanging over the water.

And then when El Hub was growing up there was this rare, special fruit called a mount apple that isn't actually an apple (I don't think), but the trees are very rare nowadays. There'south one at Haiku Gardens, though!

The Pig & The Lady restaurant is in Chinatown.

The seared ahi toast at Sus scrofa & The Lady, which is an Asian fusion eating place in Chinatown. This dish was amazing! One of the best dishes I've ever had in my life. Eyes rolling dorsum in ecstasy good. The ahi was really fatty, then it melted the minute information technology hit your tongue, and they put it on this really crispy toast with shaved garlic pieces on top… Mmm!!!

I want to go back just to eat all the pasta dishes.

Me, the coywolf and my friend Fern in front of the sign at Sus scrofa & The Lady. We're all stuffed and happy after the meal. We met through the weblog years ago, and we finally got together on this trip. She and her married man alive on Oahu. Information technology was great to finally meet them.

I ate every last drop.

Giovanni's Shrimp Truck in Kahuku. Finally crossed off my list. It was OK… Glad I finally did information technology, simply I don't have to do it again.

Of course I found the i beach true cat hanging out on the N Shore to befriend.
